Records are held to the highest standard. We are HIA/HIPAA compliant. We provide an encrypted, password-protected server, as well as encrypted e-mail. Each client is provided a confidentiality agreement, ensuring the privacy of dictation and transcription. All of our transcriptionists are bound by the same rigid confidentiality standards. Confidentiality can only be assured when using secure methods of file transfer.
