The Transcription Process

We have professionally trained transcriptionists on staff to accommodate your needs. Unlike many transcription companies that work on a first-in, first-out basis, our company uses a system of primary and secondary transcriptionists. Each dictator is assigned 2 transcriptionists. The primary transcriptionist does all of the dictator's work. The secondary transcriptionist is trained as an understudy of the primary. A senior account manager approves their work prior to delivery so that all preferences and nuances of the dictator are conveyed through the editor back to the transcriptionists. Simultaneously 3 individuals are learning your needs. The net effect is that your work is being returned with consistency and attention to detail.

Because of our access to transcriptionists across North America, we are able to assign individuals with specific transcription experience in your area of expertise. Because of our Internet presence, we are able to access a network of skilled transcriptionists. Having trained account managers working closely with your office develops a clear and concise profile of your specific, individual dictation needs. This allows us to convey information fluidly to the transcriptionist assigned to your account. Any revisions made to your profile are promptly forwarded to the transcriptionists; therefore, we obtain a greater level of accuracy on subsequent reports.
